These Terms of Service govern your use of worldofcsacademy.com and the purchase of any products or services offered by East Success International Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating as World of CS Academy. By accessing the site or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.
1. The Company
East Success International Ltd is registered in Hong Kong. Registered address: Glamour Court 7C, One Discovery Bay Road, Discovery Bay, Hong Kong.
2. Accounts
To access course content, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information at registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Course Access
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the purchased course content. This licence is for individual use only. You may not share your login credentials with others, reproduce or distribute any course content, record or screenshot materials for distribution, or use course content to create competing products or services. Course access is provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update or revise course content at any time.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store payment card details. Your purchase is confirmed upon receipt of payment and delivery of a confirmation email.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund on course purchases from the date of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are not available for Executive Coaching or 1:1 Consultancy engagements once work has commenced, or for any service where a separate agreement has been signed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on worldofcsacademy.com — including the OPOD™ methodology, course materials, videos, workbooks, written content, logos, and brand assets — is the property of East Success International Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. OPOD™ is a trademark of East Success International Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or brand assets.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site or its content in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation, infringes the intellectual property rights of any party, attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, transmits spam, malware, or any harmful code, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Course content is provided for educational and professional development purposes. We make no guarantee that completion of any course will result in specific professional outcomes, employment, or financial results. The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, East Success International Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or any course content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
