We process your data to perform our contract with you (course delivery and account management), on the basis of your consent (newsletter), and for our legitimate interests (website security, fraud prevention, and improving our services).

Kajabi — website hosting and course delivery platform.
Stripe — payment processing.
PayPal — payment processing.
Google — analytics (anonymised usage data).

Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records). Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Under the PDPO, you have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), and withdraw consent for newsletter communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
